Area Sales Manager (m/w/d) – Hotel Software

The tasks are manifold

  • Sales responsibility for existing and new customers
  • Expansion of the market position in the sales area
  • Active customer care and successful deepening of customer relationships
  • Planning and implementation of product presentations on site with prospective and existing customers
  • Consulting for our products and new developments for interested parties and existing customers
  • Independent written and telephone correspondence within the scope of duties 
  • Creation of offers, as well as offer tracking 
  • Contact person for customer inquiries about offers, contracts and products
  • Interface to the other departments
  • Support and participation in sector-specific events, trade fairs and marketing activities

What you need to bring along besides dedication and fun in technology

  • At least two years of professional experience in the hotel industry and preferably experience in sales of PMS or other software solutions
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
  • Customer-oriented work philosophy and the demand to always offer first-class service
  • The ability to work independently, make decisions, and not be afraid of taking on responsibility
  • A quick grasp and pleasure in finding suitable solutions with customers
  • Good communication skills and a team player, as well as a confident and assertive demeanor
