Global Technical Account Manager (m/f/d)

The tasks are manifold

  • Intensive support of your customers from the first contact, through the project plans, to continued expert consulting
  • Ensure that all commitments made by protel to the managed customer are delivered timely and with excellence
  • Create detailed project plans for all of your client’s projects
  • Determine, create and maintain all customer related assets for internal use 
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining preventive measures to avoid escalations and customer dissatisfaction 
  • Provide status reporting on the account internally or to customer as required
  • Provide transparent and supportive guidance to all protel representatives that engage with the customer 
  • Continuous improvement of customer service
  • Actively pursue and identify selling opportunities through contact with customers, market observation and research
  • Contribute to set strategies for Key Accounts in collaboration with Sales department
  • Create quotations for your customers, follow up on the status of these and answer questions accordingly
  • Follow and champion all standard processes in place for technical account management

What you need to bring along

  • Successfully completed training or studies in the hotel industry
  • Excellent English spoken and written
  • Deep knowledge of PMS (protel PMS is preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as confident appearance and assertiveness
  • The ability to work independently, structured and organized
  • A high degree of quality awareness, initiative and process-oriented thinking

For this position, based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week), a collective minimum salary of EUR 2428,- gross per month (14xyearly) applies. An overpayment in line with the market is offered depending on qualifications and experience.
